We are off!
So after moving all day we just packed our bags and are on our way to St. George. From there we are heading to Lake Powell... our favorite place! Today has been so hectic, but we got through it. We still have tons to do when we get back on Saturday. Well just thought I would pop in and say hell0! I'll post more when we return.

Sunday
Today is one of my favorite days of the week! It started out with Bentley sleeping in until 10 am!!! This is amazing for him. I was just a little stressed about giving my last young womens lesson, wrapping Sophia's baby gift, getting Bentley ready and myself all before church at 11. It's kind of a bitter sweet day, I love the calling that I have had and I will truly miss the relationship with my beehives! We had so many fun memories together! I team tought with Sister Sherman today and the spirit was there! It was amazing to see the girls faces as we talked about eternal perspectives. Thanks Manzanita YW for letting me serve you!
On a side note I am way stressed out because we have been up late painting the last few nights and we are running out of time. We leave Tuesday for Lake Powell which will be a blast, but at the same time that only leaves us one day when we get back to move into our new home. We don't want to miss the lake trip so we are spreading ourselves thin and working super hard to get everything done. The paint looks so good at our new home. It is called nomadic desert which is a tan color and were doing white trim and doors. It's amazing to me how much paint can change a home and dress it up.
Well thats all so far today...we just got home from church and Bentley is sleeping. I think I will read and take my afternoon snooze!

Two weeks of fun!

After I got back from Salt Lake to St. George I met up with Jolene at the park and we let out kids play. They are only 4 days apart! Bentley loves the park! We go almost every day with some friends. He has major tan lines even though I bathe him in sunscreen each time. Later that same day I met up with friends and had girls night out at Olive Garden! Tons of fun! I love St. George!

On this past Monday we drove up to Salt Lake for Kristen and Michelle's baby showers. We drove Robyn's denali and boy did we have a full car. There was Bentley and I, Mickell and her two kids JT and Halle, Cindy and Stef. It was a fun ride. The shower was so fun and the girls got cute stuff. While we were up there we decided to take the kids to the Hogal Zoo! I new Bentley would probably just sit there and sweat to death, but the other kids would have a blast. So despite how hot it was we gathered them up and off we went. Here are some pics of us there. Grandma Westbrook gave Bentley his first popsicle and he LOVED it! As you can see he made a big mess!
So I have been learning to sew (love it)...while i was up at my mom's I pieced this baby quilt for Bentley! My mom bought me the kit and I made it. It turned out so cute. Thanks mom and Julie for quilting it. Now I am on to making a diaper bag. I'll post pics when its finished! :)
Well a lot has happened in the last two weeks! It started out with a trip to St. George to see the arrival of my twin brother. He has been serving a mission for the last two years in Dallas, Texas. We are so proud of him and accomplishments and his desire to serve! He arrived at the St. George airport at 11:15 on Wednesday, June 11. It was so fun my mother was balling her eyes out as he walked off the plane and of course she was the first to get a hug! Such a joyful day and it was so much fun to see all of our family. Here is pic of us at the airport. Morgan, Heidi, Mckay (holding Abigail and Bentley), me, Dad, Mom and Lindsey! O ya and he came home to two wonderful additions to our family, Bentley and Abigail. They were both born while he was gone.
Nick isn't in the picture because he couldn't c0me until later that night :(. We missed you babe.

Home Sick
I haven't been home for 11 days! I have been to Las Vegas, St. George and Salt Lake in the past 2 weeks. My brother came home from his mission and my sister-in-law and cousin both had baby showers in Salt Lake. Wow I have had an amazing time though. I will post pictures tomorrow when I get home. We went to the Hogal Zoo also...talk about fun with the kids! Well more to come...

Sewing! Sewing! Sewing!

So I have been wanting to learn to sew for a really long time and just haven't done it. This past week my mom came to Kingman to teach me. I pieced a cute blanket together for Bentley that is now up at Julie's getting quilted. Then we headed over to Las Vegas where my brother and sister-in-law are and we made the cutest aprons! It wasn't hard after all! Mickell and Cindy you would be so proud of me! I love it now.
