Cute Cousins!
The last day that we spent in Utah for Thanksgiving we attempted to get some pics of the grandbabies and this is the best we could do!

Im still here...
You know how you just get so behind on blogging that it's just so overwhelming and you don't even know where to start on updating? Well I am in that place right now. So much has gone on and changed sinced July and I am not even sure if I have taken any pictures. Maybe I will have some time a little bit later to search for those and after I update you, you will know why my life is so crazy right now and I am spread extremely thin!
August- Crazy me decides to sign up for my last Chemistry class so that I can apply for the nursing program. Everyone was cheering me on you can do it you can do it etc etc. So I did I started class on Mon and Wed nights with a lab as well. Just after starting this class I was looking into changing my place of employment to the new hospital that was about to open up here in Kingman. Keep in mind I was only looking to work the same amount of hours I was at the Surgery center which was on average 6 a week. I seriously love what I do and 6 hours a week was just perfect with 2 kids a husband and a home to take care of my Young Womens calling and school. Well as I applied and was called for an interview...thinking it was only for per diem (as needed).
September- I went for one interview and was offered not per diem but full-time. After weeks of me saying no way, and talking with Nick over and over about it and praying, and temple trips I felt strongly that I needed to take this job. Why? I asked this to myself like 100 times over. Finances were great etc etc. I was thinking there is no way I can manage work full time kids school church callings etc. On Sept 22 I started at the new hospital as a Scrub tech helping them to open the Operating room by October 15. Life since that day has been seriously chaotic! Just after I took that job we had a scare with Nicks job due to the proposed 15% budget cut that we thought for sure would take his job from him. I thought Heavenly Father please please don't let this be the reason that I took this job at the new hospital. Well everyone can breathe now including us because the budget cut will not involve Nick or his job. Thank you Thank you Thank you! Someone was watching over us. O ya and Bentley turned two on the 22. We had a birthday party for him it was so cute. Ill post some pics.
October- Meanwhile I have been waking up at 5:30 am every morning and working til 3:30 and then coming home Monday's and Wednesday's and rushing back off to school til sometimes 10 pm. On Thursdays I have been rushing off to YW's as well. My husband has been such a trooper and seriously deserves HUSBAND OF THE YEAR award! Luckily with his schedule the kids only ever have to be watched by my really good friend 3 days a week 6 months of the year. If that made any since? Nick works 2 months of days and then 2 months of nights and it just rotates like that so when he is on nights he watches them all day. And then when he is on days for two months they go to my friends for 3 days because he still gets 2 week days of a week. So it is working out so far and as soon as they can hire some more help I WILL be cutting back tremendously!!!! My mid-term went well with school I am maintaing an A which is crazy because I nevery have time to study, but I am scraping by I guess. Nothing really exciting has happened other than that. We are enjoying the holidays and looking forward to family visiting and us visitng them! I will have to post some pics after tomorrow (Halloween) my boys are going to be the cutest 2 lions around :) I feel like I am missing so much in this post, but maybe I might have another minute later to add more.
O ya and I just got a new calling........, but I will have to update you after Sunday. I am excited, but I'll I have to say is the Lord will never give you more than you can handle. Ikeep telling myself this as I have just accepted this calling on top of everything else.

Draper Day's Rodeo! Keep scrolling there are lots of posts.
On our way to our family reunion which I will post later we were able to go watch my brother calf rope at the Draper Rodeo. He did really well and Bentley loved every second of it. Nick and Bentley were standing over on the edge of the fence when like 15 feet away from them a bull jumped the fence! I haven't seen Nick move that fast in a long time, but he did and they ran up into the stands. After a while they were able to contain the bull and the rodeo went on. It was a late night but so much fun.

This is so sad, but this is the only picture we had time to take. But Nick gave a beautiful blessing and it was so spiritual. We are so glad to have Nixon in our lives!
