Bentley Update!

Today he started clapping! :)
O ya and now he has 4 teeth, but it gets better he has the bottom from two and then the top ones next to where the front two should be. So needless to sayhe kind of has fangs.
He has been sleeping so good. 10-12 hours
He is gaining more confidence he will now stand sometimes not holding onto anything.

The House!

This is our new house that everyone has been waiting to see. So here it is. We absolutly love it.

We have painted the inside and are working on the landscaping. This fall we are putting in sprinkling systems and grass in the front and the back.
Here I am with all 5 kids. Starting on the left is Coco's baby girl Baylee then Bentley, Michelle and Jason's 3 kids Logan, Clayton and Morgan. It was crazy there for a bit and it gave me a tast of what it will be like to have 5 kids. :) I love them they are so much fun. I am sad that I will only get to watch Baylee girl for a few more weeks before they move to Las Vegas. :(

Here is our sweet little Bentley. I love this outfit! I got it for him at Gymboree and he looks so clean and classy in it. I love Sail Boats!

I will take more pictures of the inside of the house when I feel like it is how I want it. :) It is a work in progress, but it is so much fun.

Eternal Progression

Nick and I have been asked to speak this sunday in church. Our topic choices are Eternal Families, Eternal Progression or Eternal Marriage. If anyone has a good thought our knows of a good talk etc leave a comment and we will take into consideration. We need all the help we can can get lol! Wish us luck!

Bentley Update!

I just wanted to journal a little bit about Bentley! Time is flying by and he is growing so big. In 2 days he will be 10 months old. Here are some of the things he is doing:

Saying Mama (all the time)
Crawling (Everywhere)
Standing up to things and then crying because he can't let himself down
Snorting
Smiling pretty much 24-7
Batting his eyes at me
Eating big people food :) (Ravioli, cheese, pasta, bread, hot dog etc) and very lil baby food
The only fruit he likes is Banana's (but it has to be baby food, not pieces)
Taking great naps!
He loves watching signing time video's
He loves to sit at the back sliding glass door and pat on the door at our dog Ruger.
He loves going to the park and playing with his friends that come over.

I love being a mom and I am so greatful that I have the opportunity to raise Bentley he is the biggest joy and blessing in our lives!

Lake Powell 2

Here is Nick riding the air chair! I was so proud of him he was doing so well. He can pretty much do all water sports. He is so awesome and I love him!
Here is a pic of us riding the tube. We are playing war here. War in lake terminology is when you have the banana in the middle and a tube on each side pulled behind the boat and while going you push eachother off, jump from one to the other etc. It usually results in injury, but super fun. We were so sore after from holding on and pulling ourselves up out of the water back onto the tube or banana. Here in this pic I was lucky because I wasn't on the bottom getting squished! So fun !

Isn't he so hot??? He was being silly and I took a pick. He is standing on the tube. I love you with all my heart babe!

Exhausted from lots of days of fun!

THis is the banana involved in war, but here we did a grandma, grandpa and kiddie ride. We just went slow. Bentley and baby Abigail loved it!

Bentley loves the water! I need to get him in the pool more often! Cute little family here...ITS TIME TO ADD TO IT!

Here we are...the powell girls! Me, Lindsey (sis), Mom, Amy (my twins gf), and my lovely sister-in-law Heidi! Notice we all match..yes it was planned thanks AE for supplying the clothes :)!
We are sad that that was our last Powell trip this year, but we are looking forward to Newport Beach in August. Along with that comes Disneyland and California Adventures! YIPEE :)

Sun Spider Outbreak....YIKES!

We have sprayed twice in the last month that we have been here and are still having run in's with creepy crawlers! I hate Spiders and I think as tough as Nick is he hates them too! We have killed at least one a day whether it be in the garage or outside. Well last night I noticed another one of these sun spiders in my entry way to the front door and I knew it was to high for me to reach so I called Nick and made him kill it first thing the next morning. So here is Nick (shirtless lol) on the latter with a broomstick with paper towel taped to the end to squish the huge spider. I always am getting a kick out of my cute hubby!

The Best Kitchen Towels Ever!

16" x 28" Microfiber waffle weave towel is softer than cotton and more absorbent than a chamois. Its ability to absorb up to ten times its weight in water makes drying large surfaces quick and easy. Another great benefit to this superior towel is its ability to polish while drying to a lint and streak free finish! This towel is available in 9 different colors!

So here is an explanation about why am posting this. First of all you have to know that I love nice linens and sheets! My sheets are Ralph Lauren satin sheets with a very high thread count! Love them. Well my mother in law came across Eurow and Oreilly's Dish Towels at Costco like a year ago or something. (could have been sooner, but I have been envying them forever it seems like) Ever since I used them at her house doing dishes etc I have been on the hunt. I looked at costco, william sonoma, department stores etc. Well ta dah I finally found them on the internet at www.euroworeilly.com! They are 3 for $7.99 which I was totally willing to pay because these are seriously the best! I get tired of my dish towels not soaking up enough and also not being soft. So here they are if anyone wants to benefit from my searching efforts! I think whoever buys them will fall in love!
